Kara is amazing! I wanted a unique collar design for my girl and I stumbled upon Kara's awesome Kangaroo designs. I couldn't pass up a chance to get a Kangaroo collar for my dog who is named Kangaroo! I reached out to see if she could make a martingale style collar to which she quickly replied and then even faster made a custom order for me. She kept me in the loop every step of the way about when the parts came in and when she sent the item out. Truly one of the best experiences I have had and I'm in love with how it looks on my girl.
